Individual Therapy

In individual counseling we work with you to identify the areas in your life that need change or that are causing you distress. We will then help guide you through the process to more balance and happiness in your life. We will provide you with the tools necessary to continue to tackle tough issues and feelings once we have finished our work together. Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Couples Therapy

In couples and marriage counseling we meet with both individuals in the relationship together to identify the areas that are interfering in having a successful relationship. Sometimes this is due to problems in communication, intimacy issues, infidelity, feeling like you "just aren't on the same page", and feeling that you have drifted apart, among other things. During therapy we will give you the tools to repair these areas and we will tackle them in session. When therapy is complete you will walk away with the tools that will help you to maintain the work that was done in therapy. Couples and marriage counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapy

In child, adolescent or family counseling we work individually with children as well as the family as a whole depending on what is best for the child and the family. We work closely with parents to ensure that the needs of the child and the family are being met. This may also include collaborating with school personnel, pediatricians, and other providers. We will identify the areas that are causing stress for your child or your family and develop a plan to resolve these issues including giving everyone in the family the tools they need to help towards creating more harmony for each individual as well as in the family. Family counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length.
